Getting Started
To use the Braze provider in the email channel, you will need to create a Braze account and add your API key and other credentials to the Braze integration on the Novu platform.
Generating an API Key
To generate a new API key in Braze, you can follow these steps:
- Sign up or Log in to your Braze account.
- Go to Settings > API Keys.
- Click + Create New API Key.
- Give your new key a name for identification at a glance.
- Select the right permission you want to be associated with the new API key.
Creating a Braze integration with Novu
- Visit the Integrations page on Novu.
- Click on
Add a Provider.
- Locate Braze under the Email section and click on the Next button.
- Select Your Environment add condition (Optional).
- Click on the
Create button.
- Click on the
Disabled button and mark it as Active.
- Enter the
API Key.
- Enter the
Base URL.
- Enter the
From email address.
- Enter the
Sender name.
- Click on the Update button.
