You can use the Braze provider to send transactional emails to your customers using the Novu Platform with a single API to create multi-channel experiences.

Getting Started

To use the Braze provider in the email channel, you will need to create a Braze account and add your API key and other credentials to the Braze integration on the Novu platform.

Generating an API Key

To generate a new API key in Braze, you can follow these steps:
  • Sign up or Log in to your Braze account.
  • Go to Settings > API Keys.
  • Click + Create New API Key.
  • Give your new key a name for identification at a glance.
  • Select the right permission you want to be associated with the new API key.

Creating a Braze integration with Novu

  • Visit the Integrations page on Novu.
  • Click on Add a Provider.
  • Locate Braze under the Email section and click on the Next button.
  • Select Your Environment add condition (Optional).
  • Click on the Create button.
  • Click on the Disabled button and mark it as Active.
  • Enter the API Key.
  • Enter the Base URL.
  • Enter the From email address.
  • Enter the Sender name.
  • Click on the Update button.
