Getting Started
To use the gupshup provider in the SMS channel, the first step is to create a gupshup account and add the Account Username and Password to the gupshup integration on the Novu platform.
What is User id and Password?
userid : The account number provided by the Enterprise SMS GupShup.Password : Password is provided by Gupshup for authentication of user id. The password must be the same as used to log on to the Enterprise SMS GupShup website.
Creating a gupshup integration with Novu
- Visit the Integrations page on Novu.
- Click the “Add a provider” button.
- Locate gupshup under the SMS section and click on the Connect button.
- Enter the
User id.
- Enter the
Password.
- Click on the
Disabled button and mark it as Active.
- Click on the Connect button.
Now it is possible to send SMS notifications using gupshup in Novu.
